Vendor Contract

Vendors will be authorized to sell/distribute their products on March 26th and 27th, 2010.

This is Friday and Saturday.

The vendor will be provided, by the venue, with 1 (one) 3x8 foot banquet table with cloth, skirt and 2 (two) chairs and electricity.

Vendor agrees to pay a fee of $55.00 per table for paranormal groups / $100.00 per table for merchandise vendors, to the organizer by 31 January 2010. More than one vendor table may be purchased. The vendor understands that vending space is limited, and reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis.

The vendor understands that if additional materials are needed, (phone jacks, lighting, ect.) materials may be obtained, based on availability, by contacting the venue directly. The organizer will assume no responsibility to provide, order or pay for any materials needed.

It is understood that Vendor will sell only those products listed in this agreement. Vendor cannot sell anything that is vulgar, lewd or offensive. Vendor must receive permission from organizer to sell any additional products not listed in this agreement.

It is understood that Organizer does not guarantee Vendor patronage or Vendor sales. The organizer will not have the Vendor pay any percentage of sales to the Organizer.

What's included!

With the vendor tables you get two admissions to the vendor room and lectures.

If you wish to do a ghost hunt, you must buy a ticket to Phenomenology 102 with the appropriate ghost hunt add on.

Electricity to your table will be provided if necessary.
